The BOECO Model S-22 has a unique xenon lamp which has the
advantage of offering a broad spectral source with extended life. This
enables the running costs for the S-22 to be minimised over the lifetime
of the spectrophotometer, since there are no deuterium and tungsten
lamps to replace.
